Juliette offers practical tools and is the kickstarter for the development of a strategic vision on the use of data and personal data. She knows how to translate the regulations of the GDPR into possibilities.

Juliette has a background in IP, IT and privacy and began more than 20 years ago with the introduction of the Data Protection Act at the KNVB. Started as a lawyer at Loyens & Loeff and has been working for Xebia since 2006. She works for charities and organizations where data, marketing and privacy go hand in hand: the world of data driven marketing and e-commerce. Juliette co-wrote the email code and stood at the basis for the development of the Data Pro Code, the self-regulation for data professionals. Juliette regularly provides training and lectures on agile developments and privacy from a legal perspective. Juliette is, in addition to being a lawyer, certified as CCEP-I (Compliance and Ethics professional-International), CIPP / E (privacy professional - Europe) and CIPM (privacy manager).

With her broad experience she can provide training on various aspects of the GDPR, such as developing a privacy strategy, compliance frameworks, data protection impact assessments and privacy awareness. The training courses of Juliette are interactive and practical, from the legislation point of view, with many practical examples and always room for your own thinking.
